At Esteem Wellness, all of our coaches have experienced the Ideal Protein diet and seen the results first-hand. To qualify to become a coach, all team members have achieved Phases 1,2,3 coaching certifications through Ideal Protein’s training program. Our team continues to learn by engaging in educational and professional development to continually improve their coaching skills.

Upon achieving your weight loss goals, our expert coaches will develop a personalized macro plan based on your body's requirements. During this stage, you’ll be slowly introduced to carbohydrates and healthy fats to help you maintain your weight and manage hunger.

3. Live to the Fullest- Maintenance

Our help doesn’t stop once you’ve reached your weight goals. We’re here for the long haul, helping you maintain your long-term health. You can expect to receive ongoing education and support from our coaches and clinic. You will receive further training on subjects like nutrition, healthy eating habits, behaviour modifications, and changes in your surroundings. Your coach will be there to help implement your Macro Code to sustain long-term health. Our app and Wi-Fi scale allow you to keep in touch with your coach, incorporating adjustments as necessary.
